Fine Dining in D.C.?

Club'nBabySeals

Where are my pants?
I'm looking for the ritziest, most extravagant restaurant in D.C. where I can drop a small fortune on an extremely memorable fine dining experience for two.

Any recommendations?

Three that are one my list to go to "someday" and have excellent reviews:

Ristorante Tosca

The Capital Grille

Not quite DC, but I'd love to go to also:

I so want to go there. They had a nice special on either FoodTV or MPT about the place. Maybe someday I'll find a nice sugardaddy to take me there.

Ask for a table with a view of the Capitol building.

...that's pretty much all of them, ain't it? :lmao:

I mean, the whole front, from floor to ceiling is glass!

I love the Marrakesh Restaurant on New York Avenue - they also have live belly dancing performances. My next choice would be Sequoia on the waterfront just down from the Kennedy Center - ask to be seated out side the views are wonderful.

Old Ebbit Grill is good. So is McCormick & Schmicks. :yummy:

A very dear friend of mine took me to the DC Chop House on 7th Street. :huggy: Delish also.
