despite taking a OTC sleep aid. Anyone go to a Dr. about something like this?

I usually take a couple percocet's chased with a couple muscle relaxers

Try NyQuil. It's never failed me; though admittedly I've never used it for any extended period of time.

I wasn't sleeping at night and was taking an OTC. I talked to the Doc and am now taking Ambien...works great.

I went to the doctor and they gave me Ambien. My mind races at night and I have trouble falling asleep. Maybe Ambien could help you out.

I got some sleeping pills from the dr. Ambien, I think. I hated them. I take Benedryl.

I've had to use something in the past, but it always left me feeling groggy the next day. I'm using melatonin right now and it seems to help.
