(Is it still under the same name?)

Anyone know today's, plus the remaining hours for the gym?

Also, if you have a website link, it would be most appreciated.

TIA :flowers:

On the days that I have a bit of energy and can do so, yes. The upper body is still off limits, but doing some light treadmill walks and toning and tightening for my torso and parts south shouldn't be too much of an issue. I'll be competing with the senior citizens (no lie), but better safe than sorry.

The question remains, "Are you gonna go".... :howdy:
I was just browsing my Health Insurance's Doc Finder Site - to find a Physical Therapist, to see when my surgeon says, "I feel I am ready."

I JUST looked up the ICD-9 codes (diagnosis codes) he used when he suggested I seek the advice of a PT for exercise (after my last post):

723.4 Brachia neuritis or radiculitis NOS
Cervical radiculitis
Radicular syndrome of upper limbs
721.1 Cervical spondylosis with myelopathy
Anterior spinal artery compression syndrome
Spondylogenic compression of cervical spinal cord
Vertebral artery compression syndrome (and)
722.4 Degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc
Degeneration of cervicothoracic intervertebral disc

And this doesn't mention the hardware in my neck or donor bone...

so, to answer your question - I don't know. Or better yet, I don't know when. I'm not sure what machines will impact what - but I know walking will not do me harm.
