There is a lady out in 7th that has a bunch of goats and I think she sells them.

Purchase a 4H project at the County Fair. They have been hand raised and are great pets! ANd you would benefit a 4H member

There's a guy who sells goats & rabbits at the Amish Market in Charlotte Hall.
