This isn't really about a specific place but I'm considering selling my timeshare in the SMO Classifieds. Has anyone had any luck on these boards? I'm starting to think that I should just go to a resale agent, instead, but I don't know much about property sale vacation or otherwise.

I actually received some calls on some yard care equipment I was selling. Just calls though, they eventually sold on eBay.

I tried to sell a vacation property on ebay once, which was a total disaster. I wound up paying Timeshare relief to do what's called a "title transfer". My experience with that kind of stuff pretty much ends there, I'm sorry to say, although I think I should have tried out the classifieds now that I think back.

You betcha!!!--everything I have ever advertised on here has resulted in an amazing response---everything from a Cockatoo to advertising to fill positions in my office. I have always been amazed by the miriad of people on here--heck and the way the market is these days--I'd take any advantage you could to get your advertisement out there!! GOOD LUCK!!!!
