MP3 Software

Any good, preferably free software out there that will allow me to convert the songs on my CD's to MP3 format....conversely are there any good preferably free programs out there that will allow me to take MP3's and make audio CD's off of them so that I can play in my car stereo?

No Spyware!

My personal choice is MusicMatch. I've tried a zillion of them and this is the best one that combines a converter, ripper, burner and player all in one.
