Just a quick note from the Amsterdam. On 114 day round the world Grand Voyage. One of the 5 bags we sent ahead was not found at first, with wife's formal gowns. Our travel agent Lori Wentworth of Traveltours on her own, bought some clothes and a suitcase for my wife and shipped it to Panama, received last night. And also the missing bag. I credit Lori Wentworth for service above and beyond and would recommend her to anyone.
