so whats up with these birds?

lately, like the past few weeks, i have noticed alot of birds flying around in flocks. So are they coming or going? I thought birds are supposed to be some where else during this time of year... i think these poor birds are confused...

if they were in flocks they might of been those pesky flying sheep:shrug:
