Setting preferences?

My question is...do you primarily shoot manual, shutter or aperture priority...or even the auto settings? Under what conditions and why?

I know studio work is manual, but sometimes in the field, you don't have the time to adjust or even have a second to spin a wheel before you have to fire off some shots. I rarely ever use aperture priority...just wondering peoples' preferences?

Thanks again in advance...

I primarily shoot manual because most of my subject matter is landscapes. When at an event, I may go M if the light is reasonably constant, or aperture priority because I can get predictable blur.

I would rather be strung-up by my toenails before going full-auto. :twitch:

Mostly stay in M. Ap if there is weird low lighting and need to concentrate on timing. Auto if you have to hand the camera to someone else.
