Can anyone recommend a good realtor that will negotiate on price. I can't see paying 6% when I have already done everything. All I need is advertising. I am looking to pay a flat fee instead of a percentage if possible?

I can reccomend a great realtor. Her name is Mary Stokely and she's with Lands End properties in Waldorf. I don't have her number off hand but maybe a quick internet search would provide that. If not, I'll get it for you.

Well I live in SOMD so I am looking for someone closer and someone who can and will negotiate price. I really don't want to waste my time talking to someone who will then tell me that they are not allowed to negotiate or they aren't willing to. I have had bad luck with realtors recently and I don't want to mess with the crap if I don't have to.
