What are your experiences with insurance companies in the aftermath of the storm? My insurance is Nationwide and was fast, courteous and very helpful. They even said that after the tree removal is done and more damage is found, the claim can be reopened. That was a shocker. A neighbor is having the exact opposite experience with a different company.
