by Carol O'Connell. Just finished reading this book and really enjoyed it. Two brothers set out for a day in the woods of their small town. Only the eldest brother returns. The younger brother is never found. Twenty years later the eldest return to his hometown because his brother has been showing up bone by bone. He uses his background as a CID officer to solve the mystery. The author has a very clean, witty writing style. Her characters are quirky and eccentric but believable. She has a series w/ a female detective, Mallory, that I'll start on next. Mystery fans should enjoy this one!
