Lots of sirens over the past 10+ minutes in the California area...Anyone know what's going on?

dont know but I hear them all over hollywood- it's been going on for the past ~10min... def curious

I'm listening to the scanner, but I'm not following it all real well...lots of activity on the scanner.

Something to do with HAZ MAT, ? residual leaking...?? Not sure.

First call was mutual aid to Calvert Co on Golden West Way for the house fire. That was cancelled. Both Bay District stations and Hollywood went on that. Then, a commercial hazmat box was struck at Giant for a freon leak while they were on their way back. Workers working on it struck a line and it either backfed or just began vaporizing. All units are cleared from the scene now, after the store was ventilated.
