They were working on the power lines today and have restored power. Charles county scanner back online, if anyone really noticed it was off....lol

Been listening since 9AM and can't say I heard a break. There was one convo going on that just stopped, don't remember what time, but then normal ops returned. Then again I have my home scanner that I'm listening to. Sorry.
