processing roos?

So, in the interest of "ethical" farming, I'm growing out my young 'roos with the intent of processing them once they are old enough. In case I'm not up to doing it myself, though (I have mixed feelings about this) - does anyone know of a person/place who will "process" them for me?

Ask at any of the Amish farms that sell chickens. They may be able to process them for you or can point you in the right direction.

Well if you can stand chopping the head off you have the worst part done. Then you have to dip them into boiling water, then pluck the feathers, then take it and burn off the pin feathers then degut it. I remember doing it as a kid. Hated the smell of the feathers burning...I get reminded every time the farrier hot shoes...
