In 1986, Tampa Bay traded the NFL rights to Williams to the Washington Redskins and a year later he shared the starting quarterback position with Jay Schroeder.

I met him before, He was a tolly a jerk. I think he got fried from football for carusing out the offices, if I remeber right.
