Cat will exhibit patience, ball control (Davis) and Jake making no mistakes, settling for field goals.
Pats will have a tough time making yards, having a tough time running the ball and the Cats will force Brady to throw a pick or two.
The Panthers are by far better rounded than New England.
The Pat's had to use a gimmick short pass offense in place of a decent running game even against a weak Colt defense just to get here.
The Cats will use Davis as a sledgehammer all day long. They can throw some, because of Davis, against an incredible New England secondary.

The Pats, even with Manning playing HORRIBLE and the Pat D playing fantastic, did not have the issue settled until the two no calls at the end.
In this matchup of two superb Bill Parcells disciples, Fox simply has a few more tools to work with.
