Leonardtown Elementary School is hosting "Moving Up Nights" throughout the month of May and the first week of June, 5:30-6:30 p.m., at the school site located at 22885 Duke Street, Leonardtown, MD 20650.
"Moving Up Nights" is an opportunity for parents/guardians and their children to spend time learning about the expectations of the grade students will be in next school year and meet those teachers. This event will take place on the following evenings:
1st Grade - May 10, 2011
4th Grade - May 16, 2011
2nd Grade - May 19, 2011
3rd Grade - May 26, 2011
Kindergarten - May 31, 2011
5th Grade - June 6, 2011
This event will replace Leonardtown Elementary's back-to-school classroom visits typically held in September. However, the school will still hold its open house prior to the first day of school. For more information, please contact the school's main office at 301-475-0250.
