If Southern Maryland has 2 powerful senators - Mike Miller (President of MD Senate) and Mac Middleton (Powerful MD Senator), why does Southern Maryland always seem to be on the wrong side of the money? Thorton Bill goes through and PG, Baltimore, Montgomery get tons of money, and all we get is scraps. Should we be happy with the scraps or does it matter who our senators are?
