Playgroup!?

My youngest son is almost 3 1/2. He is having some trouble getting his words all the way out. He understands everything that is said to him and he knows what he wants to say but since his older brother and sisters always talk for him, he never really talks. We were at the Doctor's office yesterday and she thinks the best thing for him would be a playgroup or a Mommy and me progrom. We just moved to North Beach and I am not really familiar with the area, can anybody suggest a group like this?

He's the perfect age for preschool.

Check out meetup.com and search for Calvert Hip Mamas. They seem to be pretty active. I get emails from them pretty frequently (several times a week) about upcoming meet ups but I'm usually unable to make them since most are during the day on weekdays.
