BOSSIER CITY, La. - Air Force staff sgt. Judy Groomes, a woman trying to avoid a military deployment, allegedly had her husband shoot her and then lied to investigators, telling them she'd been shot by an intruder.

I've heard of people breaking bones to avoid it. some people will do anything to get out of it.

Both should be brought up on military charges.

What do you care about the military and those who served? You just trashed the American Legion concerning the timely death of the Pakistani burning the flag, implicitly implying they were as toxic as the fumes from the burning flag.

Though I may be wrong, I don't think this is what he implied in the other thread. The Legion disposes of worn, damaged flags by (properly) burning. Ergo, toxic flag material would be bad for the Legion.
