Born and raised in Southern Maryland, I am coming home after 9 long years in the mountains. I am hoping to move back home this winter with my two year old daughter. I am basically just trying to get the legwork done. Employment, Daycare, Establishing Residency, Meeting new people and getting in touch with old friends. I would greatly appreciate any advice on the easiest links to Social Services, housing authorities, reccomendations and warnings about daycare.
