Go into your control panel (link at top left, beneath the ad banner) and go to Edit Options. At the bottom of that page there's a button for you to add or change your avatar.

(Don't listen to them - we're all buddies in here. )

find the av you want
save it
open it using paint
make it smaller
use it

Gotta resize it to 64x64 pixels..or 62x62 pixels..can't remember..
