I wish I had taken a pic of when we crossed the border into South Dakota. The sky was ENORMOUS and the clouds were picture perfect. Really pretty.
The city is cool, with an adorable downtown and really neat stone churches and municipal buildings. But Falls Park is absolutely the STAR of Sioux Falls. Here is our lunchtime view:
We're big windshield tour people, which is how we find things like Look Market and the Cheese Shop, which are outside the main commercial area. We picked up on-premesis smoked ribs and chicken wings, and Neal got a couple of cheeses - AND they had Potter's crackers, which are THE BEST cracker for cheese in my opinion. So this will be our Sioux Falls feast tonight.
