Today we made the trip to Spearfish and as we were wandering to park, this girl flagged us down quite emphatically. She saw my license plate and said, "Where in Maryland??" We said southern MD, and she said, "I'm from St. Mary's County!"
She told us her last name but of course we forgot, but if your name starts with Sh-something and you are with the school system and you have a daughter who is going to school in Spearfish SD - what a nice young lady you've raised! Such a nice surprise to see a home town girl halfway across the country enjoying her life!
