Whenever I eat food (jaw moving) I get fluid draining out my left ear.
Does that mean I ruptured my eardrum?

I believe you have an ear infection (Otitis media). You need to see your doctor and get an antibiotic and (probably) a decongestant.

Yeah but what caused it to start, Blown head gasket?

It's possible there's a chronic perforation of the ear drum that wouldn't be painful any more. It's also possible there's an opening between your salivary gland (which sits right in front of your ear) and the ear canal (which is why it happens when you're eating). In any case, you need to have a doctor look in there.
