Everytime I try and download a file using real download I get a msg saying "your modem is not connected, would you like to establish a dial up connection to the internet?" We don't have dial up, we have cable modem. It worked fine as of two days ago. Any suggestions? I checked to see if I'd blocked it at my firewall, but I haven't, so I'm at a loss as to why I'm getting that error msg.
