3 table spoons of minced garlic
2 cups parmesan cheese
1 cup mozerella cheese
4 table spoons of butter
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

In a skillet, melt down butter. With a whisk, Add heavy cream. Heat till simmer. Stir constantly because it will burn. Add in parmesan cheese and mozerella cheese. Wisk till creamy. Add in garlic and cook for 5 more minutes to let the garlic blend. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add to pasta
