Hello everyone,
I was told by someone that this farm does boarding. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of it. Do they take care of the horses real good? Also does anyone know how much they charge to board a horse?

Thanks,
Amy

If they're one and the same, a Rosebrooke Farm in Calvert has been listed as For Sale in the Equiery for the past 3 months or so. Unless the new owners intend to board you may be in the same situation as you are now. Would be best to call and ask them.

Yes...its the same farm. My parents are thinking about taking a look at it to start a boarding facility but they don't know how much people in Calvert county are willing to pay for board.

Is there a high demand for board in calvert county?
How much would be the norm for a place with an indoor arena there?

Thanks,
Amy

It looks very nice. The indoor is a little small for hunters but it's big enough for when the weather/footing outside turns ugly. The two local facilities w/ indoors are running $400 for full board. Indoors are few and far between, it should be a big draw for potential boarders. Good Luck! What an exciting prospect, your own place!
