And only have 30-40 minutes to work out or can't stand more than that...try this.

While riding the exercise bike hold 5 lb. leg weights in your hand and work your upper body while peddling. Do this for at least 15 minutes. Not only do you improve muscle tone, but moving your arms gets your heart rate up and increases calories burned.
The last 15 minutes put the weights on your legs and peddle away.
Now your workout is done in 30-40 minutes.
I'll let you know how it works in about a month..:lol:
