Thanks for asking! It's going pretty well actually. I started on July 28th and I've lost 2" on my abs and 2" on my waist and 4 pounds total. But, the thing is that I'm learning choices and portions.
I've been on WW in the past, thought I would try something a little different since I gained back the weight I lost on WW, 10 pounds. I had 20 to lose by my birthday (October 16), which is my mini-goal, and now I only have 16 to lose.
