Hurt my arm

I hurt my arm (inside of the elbow) a few days ago. While the pain is minor it doesn't seem to be going away. Right after the initial injury I put ice on it, and I have been taking it easy but the nagging soreness isn't going anywhere.

Any suggestions?

I pulled the outer part of my elbow a few years ago lifting weights........12 weeks :twitch: to get better and the doctor told me that I should have kept working out with light weights to help it get better soon........go see a doctor.

Buy a Harley, the vibrations are soothing. :yay:

Naprosen, alternate heat/cold and wait it out.

Thanks all, I'm not ready to go to the doctors uite yet. But if it ontinues I'll go next week.

Until then I'll just continue to take it eay on the arm. It's funny how many exercises hit the biceps indirectly though!

Hot soaks with Epsom salts and light workout with full motion. If it swells ice it and follow up with heat. Sometimes analgesic creams help too. It really depends on the type of injury (strain, sprain, contusion, hyperextension, etc.). Take it easy and if something makes it hurt a lot don’t do it.

Would THIS face lie?
You can also take a hammer and nail and drive the nail through your hand and you won't even think about the elbow any more... :killingme

I hope it feels better....

I hope you are doing better. Suxs to be injured. I had to put the "boot" on today. See the orthopaedic dr. on the 28th. Maybe she'll figure out why it swells way up. :huggy:
