SPEED's inaccurate reporting

I've never seen NASCAR deny a report of Kevin Harvick cheating. Dillner of SPEED reported some b.s. about Kevin Harvick and Jeff Burton using illegal rims. Turns out the report was made up by whatever source Dillner had. NASCAR denies it and Jeff Burton is beyond pissed about the report.
