I Need a Beer
Obviously, you shouldn't have this dish every day! Its something different to serve during the Holidays - enjoy!

BBQ SHRIMP

1& ½ sticks unsalted butter
1 tsp ground red pepper
1tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp crushed red pepper
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp crushed dried rosemary leaves
½ tsp crushed dried oregano leaves
1& ½ tsp minced garlic
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
½ cup chicken stock
1/4 cup beer (at room temp)
2 dozen large shrimp in shells
1 or 2 loaves hard Italian bread for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS

On high heat, melt butter and next 9 ingredients in large heavy skillet. When butter is melted, add shrimp, and cook on high heat for two minutes. After two minutes, add chicken stock, cook for two more minutes. After two minutes, add 1/4 cup beer, cook for 1 more minute. Pour into large bowl and serve immediately with Italian bread for dipping.

I love shrimp skewers! Last week I bought a pound of medium shrimp from Giant, skinned them, soaked them in a marinade of garlic, soy, teriyaki, Old Bay and peppercorn, then grilled for 2 minutes on each side. :yum:

I was in Hallmark, but FB wasn't with me. After the wedding, we went to Cheeseburger. :shrug:
