Does anyone know how child support payments are calculated in PA? Like in Texas its 25% of non-custodial parents income?

So, you would be responsible for 53.33% of that $600 and the X would be responsible for 46.66% of the $600. The custodial parent of course isn't actually paying that amount to anyone else but that's what the court determines it should cost them.
Basically, you'd have to have the table to figure it out on your own.

This has the PA rules for Child Support. Specifically, look at Rule 1910.16-1. It tells you what the state looks for. Many states use tables to figure out the amount of support owed by both parents. Hope this helps.

My child support went through PA when we first divorced. They rock. Maryland sucks! PA always communicates with you and sends you copies of everything!
