This is a surprisingly good workout. Every muscle in my body is fatigued right now. They don't hurt, but they're definitely tired.

Too much dreadmill and Billy Blanks was making my muscles tight and killing my lower back, so I thought I'd break it up with some stretching and isometrics.

Woof. :faint:

Although the video is from the 70s or something, so everyone looks strange. :lol:
