Internet Explorer problem

I delayed my departure to Ohio because my desktop has developed a problem with the IE program. I'll be hitting the road in a couple hours.

My problem is, when trying to launch IE I get a "Content Advisor" alert and it won't open any page and requires a password to disable the Advisor. Only problem is that I didn't set it up (and everyone else in the household is claiming innocent). Is there a way around this or is it time to format the drive and start all over? I am using the wife's laptop and I sure hate it.

Sorry about that chief.
I remember you used to be able to do it by deleting a .pwl file. Now depending on which version of windoze you're using that may not work.

Googled for this:

and I remembered it will work, smooth and simple no matter what version of IE or windoze you're on. I have had to go into the registry offtimes to do things like this. It should be pretty simple. Sorry I couldn't get the reply sooner.
