We got Comcast digital voice about a month ago. For the last week, almost everytime we go to make a call, we get the message that all circuits are busy right now.
Does anyone else have Comcast for their phone service and are you getting this same problem???

We have Comcast for internet and cable. No complaints there.

I have it and when we first got it hooked up we had problems with it going out and dropouts during calls. We also had problems with beeping amd clicking. Things have been working pretty good lately though. I do notice that there is a substantial delay though so you have to be more mindful of your conversation so you don't talk over each other.
The part I'm not particularly happy about is the cost. I think Comcast, in general, is getting too pricy. We have Digital TV, internet and phone and our monthly bill is ~ $175.

Doesn't surprise me.
Comcast keeps trying to get us to switch. They even had the audacity to try to sell me on their digital voice while I was on the phone for a service call.
I said to the guy, "Do you know why I'll never switch to Comcast?"
Service guy: "Why? We offer all of the same services for at least half the cost."
Me: "Interestingly enough, I've never made one service call to Verizon in the years that I've used them. This is the THIRD time I've called Comcast on the same problem."
The guy then went on and on about how great their service is and how I'll never have to make a service call. Liar.

We have the Comcast triple play and the only time we have had trouble with the voice, it turned out to be a break in the insulation on the cable outside of the house. Tech spliced in a new piece of cable and had worked fivers ever since.

Got VONAGE and never looked back. Cheaper than COMCAST, too.
