The biggest thing I hate about IT guys is their attitude! Some of you guys think everyone is stupid and has the IQ of a brick. Not true! I call Dell when I absolutely get stuck. It takes a lot for me to call them because they talk to me like I'm 2 and it drives me INSANE! I know my way around the computer but occasionally I run into something that totally dumbfounds me. Most of the time I finally get through to these guys that I know what I am doing then they are quite impressed that I have had NO training. Don't think all of us are stupid, it's not always true! JMHO! :howdy:

I never said I knew-it-all, I just said I know more than most and I would appreciate not being talked to as if I had a box of rocks for brains.

Oh I was just funnin' with ya... :smoochy: I treat all my customers with respect. I have an admin, and I swear I'd like to read her the riot act sometimes. BUT, company protocol won't let me... :frown:

I know for a fact that GW is joking, because I have had the distinct pleasure of personally working with this man.
GW Guy's demeanor is totally first class.
He always maintains a cool, collected Guru-like technical level without being the least bit condescending or elitist to end users. I wish I could afford to have someone with his people skills here to interface with my clients rather than myself.
