I'm getting this error message when I try to upload a photo even with correct size photos that I have posted before !

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3200 bytes) in /home/somdform/public_html/includes/class_image.php on line 1418

It reoccurred once while I was doing this test (with same photo that worked ok later in the test!) but seems to be better now.
I can upload pix now that I could not before.
