What is the POP Server information for the somd.net email accounts?

I want to have all my mail forwarded to one account but I cannot figure out what the POP Server is, like "freemail.somd.com" or something?

Total shot in the dark here -

I looked up and there is a "mail.somd.com" - IP address of 67.15.82.60

I am not sure if they let you POP or IMAP, but guess we can wait on an Admin to fill you in...
