there is something wrong with my D80. Seems that lately whatever I shoot doesnt come out very sharp, no matter what lens I use, no matter if its on the tripod or handheld. Also it seems every picture has noticable noise, even at ISO 100 in bright daylight. Kinda driving me nuts. Anywhere I could take it to have it serviced or have them look into any potential issues? Anything I can look at?

Gosh, sorry I can't help. My Canons have always worked great.

I had the same thing happen with my Canon XT. When I was shooting, the pictures looked in focus and crisp but when I downloaded them to the computer everything was out of focus. I still had it on warranty with Best Buy so I brought it into them and 3 weeks later I got it back with a replaced fresnal. Of course that gave me the excuse to buy an XTI... :yahoo:

X...check with Nikon or a search...I posted a bit ago about the 80 and 60 doing this, I guess it's common...I think it was Danzig that set a link for me? Not too sure without looking right now though...keep us posted.
