I'm helping hubby with his since he tends to be a slacker. We are remulching some flower beds and adding more lava rocks to others. I will plant some flowers too and we need to add more sand to our 6'x6' sandbox.

We have the same job! :lmao: Hubby's working until noon so he can come home and finish a stone retaining wall. The blocks are way too heavy for me but he'll need some nice cold ones to keep him going!

Yeah I'm sure, but hubby wanted these particular blocks that are SO heavy. In NY, we built a nice wall with much smaller blocks so I was able to help carry them. I told him when he picked these that he would be on his own and he said, "That's ok, just keep the cold ones coming". Hey, no complaints from me on that one! :lmao:

I am the one who has to do the work, he just drives the truck to Lowe's to pick up the stuff and stick it in the bed of the truck.

Naw, just busting... I am actually putting in a mock beach. Beach sand, storm fence, beach grasses, wood walkways... but I need to have the dirt dug down 6-8 inches, and I can't do that myself. Too small an area for a small bucket or payloader.
