That's up to you. The bigger the number, the better (more resolution) the picture will have, but takes up much more space on the memory card in your phone.

I would opt for a larger resolution and just clean out your phone storage more often.

I have some friends who send me what they take pictures of, and it's useless. You can't even figure out what they took a picture of.

True, but that's sometimes the quality of the camera. My old motorola phone sucks balls when it comes to clarity.

You're right. My cell phone camera sucks too, but I don't rely on it like said friend does.
