Much to my personal embarassment, I am going to put this out there for yall somd forumites. I want boobies. I have researched the locations and testimonials and pictures of about a dozen plastic surgeons within 75 miles....but its hard to really determine whose a reasonably priced good doctor from websites and the receptionists. Anyone who has used or knows of doctors for the breasts....please PM(or shamelessly post a reply:) and let me know about your experience, recomendations, costs...etc.

I would really appreciate it, I have been wieghing this for a very long time and think i am finally ready to commit....now i just need to settle on a doc!

Dr. Michael F. Chiaramonte

Meet Maryland Plastic Surgeon Dr. Chiaramonte - Bella Cosmetic Surgery (http://www.bellacosmeticsurgery.com/doctor.cfm)

He is an active member at Southern Maryland Hospital Center where he is the chairman of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

I personally recommend him. Dr. Chiaramonte did extensive facial reconstruction surgery for me after a terrible accident that I had years ago. He has stayed in touch all of these years and I absolutely love him!

The only remnants are small skin grafting scars on both sides of my neck. Kinda look like small little splotches.

Considering the fact that the Dr.'s at GW told me I would never look the same as I did, I'd call Dr. C a miricale worker.

recomendations,

I spent some time once in my life down in the caribean. The ladies down there ALL had plastic boobies. I talked to many of the ladies and they all said they had theirs done in Venezuela. You should fly down and get 'em done there..It's cheaper and trust me they do good work!!!

PS: remember this....they might be fake but they're wrapped in real skin!!

For all of the men that are not interested in size, you have restored some of my faith in the male species. I understand it is difficult when looking in the mirror and seeing "small" especially after seeing women with larger breasts. I don't have any recommendations for doctors, but I do understand. It is your decision but it's nice to know that some of the men don't care about it.

I don't want a guy who is only interested in the size of a woman's boobs.
I would never get something cosmetic done because a man wanted me too. That would be even more reason for me to not do it. On the other hand, if I want to do it for myself then I will.

Seriously - if you work out your pecs it helps support your breasts. The butterfly exercises are great for that; especially if you can get on the machine for it. If not, use hand weights and do the exercises free style. I've done it for years and mine are doing pretty well despite 3 kids, age and size.

I wouldn't want a guy who was only interested in that part of me either. I wouldn't buy boobs to get a man or because a man asked me to. I'm not crazy about what I have, but they're mine, and if the guy likes me he won't care. If he does, then he's not worth my time anyway. Plus, I'm not spending that kind of money to put in some doctor's pocket. There are too many other things I would like to have besides boobs.

I'm a guy who wouldn't pass/fail a woman on cup size, either. That said, I understand the eye-magnet effect of big boobs & am guilty of it too -- just can't help lookin'. I can guess that makes a smaller woman feel bad.
Point is, there are risks with cosmetic surgery. Aren't there costume (?) type solutions if you just want to get noticed in passing? If someone is worth getting involved with, they shouldn't care how much you carry.

...seeing the unintended joke in her post, yes, that made me laugh. The thought of her recognizing the unintended joke, that made me laugh and the whole joke Nazi thing; humor is serious business aspect, that made me laugh as well. But, what really makes me laugh, what I really get a hoot out of is the guys in this thread thinking for one nanosecond that women give a hoot (hoot...er) what we think about fake boobs or anything else having to do with appearance; fashion, make up, etc. Women, rightly, are interested in how THEY look far, far more than what we think. If women actually cared what we thought, good looking women would be on the cover of Cosmo, not some heroin waifs in absurd looking scarf collections gone wild.

I mean, it would be fine if we liked the boobs, fake or otherwise, but that is a very secondary consideration. As it should be.

Male illusions make me laugh.

No different than the vast number of women passing me over because I'm short, wear glasses or have long hair. :duh:

I do work out and I used to go to the gym. Hand weights don't seem to do as well as that machine. I still have my membership and will be going back this week. I liked the way I looked when I was working out at the gym.

Machines have limitations, hand weights don't. Hand weights do better when you care about all the little stabilizer muscles and hence day to day use. Machines work better when all you care about are the major muscles, no matter how useless they are without help.

I want a reduction! Enjoy the boobies you have. Big boobs are not all they are cracked up to be.

Yes, they are. Unless they're at your waist.

I want a reduction also. My shoulders hurt and my back hurts.:starcat:

You two need psychiatric help. And before you go on and on about your back, I've dated and known a number of women that were endowed that DIDN'T have back problems. Then again, I don't have boobs and my back hurts almost everyday. It has since I stopped lifting, and that'll always be the case.

Granted, when I look it isn't with my tongue hanging out drooling, which could be why smaller women may feel bad. There are plenty of special bra's out there that give you the lift and cleavage. Agreed. Most women with big boobs spend their whole lives wishing they were smaller. D1VA and Sux2644, you should both get your reductions right away. I've known people who've had them and they all say it was the best thing they ever did. Frankly, unless your boobs cause you physical discomfort, there is no reason for surgery. I think all women who are obsessed with big boobs would be better served by taking all that money and buying a new wardrobe and getting a kickass haircut. That would be less painful and definitely more fun!!!

She has had many illnesses over the years and the doctors believe some of it is in part from her surgery. They have leaked and she has gone under twice to do corrections. There are days on end that she cannot get out of bed. She can't sue for the timeline is over. She has heart and inflammatory issues that will never go away. She has also had breast and skin cancer. You are not the one dealing with big and heavy boobs weighting heavily on your back. Gravity pulls the boobs down and our back fights the gravity to keep our back straight. No matters what we do, it is a losing battle. Women with smaller boobs do not have to fight the gravity to protect thier back.

You are not the one dealing with big and heavy boobs weighting heavily on your back. Gravity pulls the boobs down and our back fights the gravity to keep our back straight. No matters what we do, it is a losing battle. Women with smaller boobs do not have to fight the gravity to protect thier back.

But you have such a low center of gravity, Newtons laws are really not playing on you are they?

Chain, come on now, just because you never knew of anyone who had back problems doesn't mean they don't exist. That's why insurance companies pay for breast reductions and not breast enlargements. It's a real problem for alot of women. Believe me, insurance companies normally don't go around handing out money for non-existent conditions.

That maybe true, but if not all well-endowed women have back problems, the logic doesn't follow. Something else has to be different between them and that's what the issue is. So, I'd love to know how doctors diagnose that as the problem. Maybe the back for that women is semi-weak and the added weight throws it over the edge. I mean come on, fat tissue doesn't weigh that much and not all endowed women have problems.

I'd be more likely to believe that it all started because some woman didn't want the attention and some doc just said it was giving her problems and the insurance companies bought it.

That's not very true... You have no idea what you are talking about. You are just a male who love big boobs and refuse to see that women paid the price to suffer to have big boobs naturally or implant.

I know my back only hurt because I went from B cup to G cup during my whole pregnancy and then when my milk came in. Now, my milk are dried up, and I'm sitting at DD cup right now. My back is feeling a whole lot better now, but not 100%. It is still healing from G cup's mess.

Lactating is different and your back pain may be caused by holding the baby all the time (proper position while breast feeding, etc), not your breasts per se. Not all breasts are created equal and some are more dense than others; however, it seems to me that if one strengthens their core (abs and back) and wears a supportive bra then they shouldn't have too much of a problem. I'm 5' 5" and 36F (4 children) - never had back pain.

Having said that, I do sympathize with women who want a reduction; they're bulky, get bumped around, it's hard to find proper fitting cothes, bras are expensive, and men like to stare at them. It's really a matter of being satified with one's body.

I also sympathize with women who want implants. Again, it's a matter of matter of being satisfied with one's body. So, to the OP - go for it!

Oh, of course not. Spending years doing hardcore MA training, weight lifting and being more torn up than a 2 dolla whore, I have no idea about how the body works, body mechanics, or what causes chronic pain and how to take care of it. :sarcasm:

Genius, lactating, pregnancy etc. is a special case. Unless all women spend their entire lives preggo and dairy farms, it's irrelevant.

Mine isn't weak either, but I still have back problems because its not strong enough. Why? My core muscles aren't proportioned, my back in and of itself isn't weak, but in comparison to my abs it is. Stated another way: My back is OK, but my abs are too strong for it.

I'm guessing it has more to do with a posture problem. :ohwell:
