Anyone else been experiencing problems with Comcast email accounts the past 2-3 days? I haven't been able to get to my email since Friday (not even using Comcast's Webmail)! I've called and they say there's a "known issue" with the server, but this sure is taking a long time to fix. Just wondering if anyone else has called Comcast and has any more info on the "issue" (i.e., when it might be resolved). Thanks!

I've been the first to call them at times when the connection went down, and other times they were already aware of it. It usually doesn't take too long to get resolved, but I'd keep calling them every few hours in case it is a problem outside of their normal fix-up routine. Welcome, BTW. :yay:

I've been using their webmail without problems.

was just on there and they had notices up saying there were issues. Couldnt even logon to pay my bill online :lol:

Comcast is acting up for me this morning. No email access and their web site isn't displaying correctly.

Only thing that works for me on their page is the text. No graphics come up, I have that email account forwarded to another account anyway, so I just went there to check mine.

It's acting really weird. Earlier the page just blinked but didn't really connect. Then it was fine. Now I get the same thing AK's getting.
