Our comments are made in public so... they are up for fair use in siggys.

I usually ask (or forewarn) the person that I'm about to quote in my siggy, so that they know ahead of time and can tell me no if they really don't want it done. Then I do it anyway.

What happens if you do use someone's comments and they don't want you to. Can they report you? I'm just curious. Some of the siggy's you guys have posted are funny as he!! and I would think people might have a problem with seeing their stupid comments all the time!
