Is there anywhere around here where you can take a computer and well sell it? Like get cash in return or something just thought I would ask because my brother is wanting to sell his alienware and im not sure where a good place would be to sell it. So suggestions or ideas will be grateful. Thanks and have a wonderful night/day tomorrow.

:lmao: Good Luck on that one, been trying to unload one myself. Not a good market right now, people don't have the money to blow on gaming machines like they used to.

Tell him he might get 100-200 for it.
Like Chess said, you can build PCs cheaper and better than Alienwares POSs so your not going to get much for it.

Sadly, as everybody has said, there is no way any person in there right mind would by an alienware desktop. A few years ago, if you NEEDED a laptop, they were the ones to get it from for gaming purposes.

It better be quantum based.

Sorry but, pfffftttt! :killingme My laptop has more going for it then that thing does and I can't sell it for way below what I bought it for! There is no way he will get 2g!
Sorry, just read you have to graphics cards, that is a little better than my laptop, but other than that, nope!

I wouldnt pay more than 200 for that... Those cards are way outdated and the dual core CPU is sub par. The only thing this whole machine has going for it is the 300gig HD.
Alienware is overpriced...

:yeahthat:
I'll give him 100 bucks for that entire setup
A brand new desktop could be built better than that one for less than 2k, easily :yay:

With only 500 to spend I could make a machine MUCH faster than that one...Sorry but tell your bud that 2k is only going to make people laugh.

Alien ware has a by back program for old AlienWare PC's. Just check their website. I punched in the specs for an alien ware pc I had that is about 5 years old and they would give me about 250 for it.
I paid 400 for a slimline HP (for the camper)
it has more power than the AlienWare that you speak of. and it has a 500gig drive, more memory etc...
good thing about alien ware is that when you buy it originally, you are getting one of the best game machines.
Bad thing is that even before that unit comes out of the box, somebody else has built something faster for less money.
They are cool looking though.

You can spend 4k on a alienware gaming rig...
OR spend 2k on better hardware :)

I paid 1500 for this new all in one that I have now and this biatch screams compared to my 4000.00 Dell. I still think it was over priced but the 22" Touch Screen is worth all of that to me, it's cool as shiat! :lmao:
