The White House said Thursday morning that President Bush and GOP nominee John McCain might be on a different page about how close the administration and Congress are to reaching a deal on a Wall Street bailout. "It has become clear that no consensus has developed to support the administration's proposal to meet the crisis," McCain said in New York City. "I do not believe that the plan on the table will pass as it currently stands, and we are running out of time."
White House press secretary Dana Perino, responding to the Arizona senator’s remarks, said there might be a “difference of opinion,” but the White House feels it has made “progress every day, and we are closer today than we were yesterday.”
Just goes to show how out of touch McFossil is. :lmao:

Just goes to show how out of touch McFossil is. :lmao:I'm not sure how out of touch he is, given that most lawmakers at the time were saying the same thing.
However, thanks to his committed leadership, they got it done. (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,428021,00.html)

Oh B/S, I bet John McCain is way more aware of the situation than NObama is and the reason NObama did not want to help with this financial crisis is because it would have exposed him as knowing nothing on how to solve it, remember NObama's expertise is on removing money from the system, not helping it!!! :coffee:
