Obama's argument is that McCain's position, which is Obama's position, the bail out, is not on 'your side' but Obama is?
The hypocrisy isn't even interesting any more.

It's the image of McCain with Bush that is resonating with voters. That's really the only message BO has and it seems to work.

Cause we are all typical white people.
Had a guy ask me why i was voting for McCain and i told him cause hes not Bush. He looked dumbfounded and said" but he voted with him 90% of the time". Told him i would rather have someone who voted with someone than someone who wouldnt vote at all.

You mean angry "racist", "rednecks" clinging to our guns and religion.

A good question to ask that guy is what the differences are between Obama, Bush, and McCain on many issues.

...whose fault is THAT???
There stood McCain, at THE moment, the time and place and the issue to correctly separate himself, once and for all, the bail out, from the Bush Albatross and...
and..
and.....
punt.

I know Larry. EVERYTHING is Bush's fault. The man is evil incarnate.
Despite McCain voting for this stupid bailout bill (which BO also voted for) he has voted against Bush policy in the past and has stated that he is his own man and not Bush. If you look at McCain and see Bush then your BDS is deeper than I thought.

For the last few days Larry has been pissed about McCain voting for the bailout. Hell: we all are, but that doesn't mean I will cut off my nose to spite my face.
I will be voting Mccain, he is our last chance as thin as it is ,to keep the country out of the total control of the Three Stooges, Obama, Reid ,Pelosi.
I hate to even think of the Supreme Court justices that will be appointed, although the Maverick John Mccain may be just as bad in order to prove his Bi-partisanship. At least with him we get a shot.

pfffftttt.
I'll bet you could rattle off, with little hesitation, all the things Clinton screwed up and I'll bet you a Clinton supporter could, with little hesitation, explain how the media stopped him here, the GOP was in the way there, this excuse, that excuse and the other.
It's called leadership and it ain't easy. And, it ain't for everybody.

...I think we should debate analogies until we run out.
I am all for cutting the tumor out before it grows big enough to kill me. Then, once I am healthy, I can work to fight the greater problems on the outside. If I am sick on the inside, I'll have neither the strength to fight the broader problems nor the energy to keep myself going.

That's because John Kerry lost so their's no President who would ever of sided with "The Great One" and we all know how committed the Clintons really are at supporting Obama...:sarcasm:
